circa 1855, with blued 5 3/4in. octagonal barrel, bead fore-sight, the left hand top-flat with London proofs and stamped 'L.A.C.', top-strap with sunken sighting groove and rear-sight to top of standing breech, plain five-shot cylinder, two-piece frame construction marked 'KERR'S PATENT' on the right and 'LONDON ARMOURY' on the left, coarsely chequered walnut grip with back-action lock inlet to the right hand side signed 'LONDON ARMOURY BERMONDSEY', side hammer, iron butt-cap at heel, single action trigger and under-barrel loading lever, the whole an older re-finish
